About Alama
Alama Service has been family-owned since 1976. The company grew through repeat customers and referrals—not a giant advertising machine.
That history still shapes the work today: take the time to understand the system, be honest about the condition of the equipment, and stand behind the recommendation.
How we work
Good HVAC service is a process. Skipping steps is how small problems turn into expensive guesses.
When did it begin? What sounds different? Which rooms feel wrong? The details help point the diagnosis in the right direction.
Controls, airflow, electrical components, refrigeration, and system operation all have to make sense together.
Understand what failed, what the repair involves, and when replacement deserves a real conversation.
Official manufacturer imageReplacement options
Traditional equipment typically cycles on and off at full output. Inverter systems can adjust their output as conditions change, helping maintain more consistent comfort while operating more quietly.
For homeowners considering replacement, Alama offers current Daikin and Amana equipment, including slim-footprint Amana S-Series inverter systems. We’ll explain the differences and help determine what fits the home.

We were called to clean up the appearance of this three-year-old Daikin tri-zone installation. The equipment stayed; the exterior installation changed.

We raised the condenser onto a wall bracket, rerouted the refrigerant and communication lines, and enclosed the exterior run in line-hide.
